Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will grant you absolute command over your e-mail box accounts and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can set up a new e-mail account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Furthermore, you can forward e-mail messages from one email mailbox to another, configure email filters, create auto-response messages and guard your e-mailbox accounts against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mail boxes against spam mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming mail messages on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and select the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mails from one email mailbox to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Simply select the email box you would like to redirect electronic mails from, then select the destination email mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailboxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you would like to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple e-mail boxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest.
